1/2 cup of celery
1/2 cup of onion
2 tablespoons of butter
can of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of water
5oz cheese whiz
2 cups of broccoli
1 cup cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute - 1/2 cup of celery
1/2 cup of onion
2 tablespoons of butter

Combine can of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of water and 5 0z cheese whiz and add to above. Heat until cheese melts ad combine 2 cups broccoli (frozen or fresh) chopped.

Cook 1 cup of rice (can use minute rice but I prefer Basmati)

Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish

Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
