1c evaporated milk
1c (6oz) package semi-chocolate pieces
1/4t salt
1c miniature marshmallows
20 vanilla wafers
1qt vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk, chocolate pieces and salt in a one qt sauce pan, stir over low heat until chocolate melts completely and mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallow until melted and mixture is smooth and cooled to room temperature. Line bottom and sides of 9 inch pie tin with vanilla wafers. Spoon 1/2 ice cream over wafers cover with 1/2 chocolate mixture; repeat with rest of ice cream and chocolate top with pecans if desired. Freeze until firm about 5 hours
