Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of “no boil” lasagna noodles (you will use 6)
1/4 – teaspoon oregano
1 – 24oz. jar of your favorite marinara sauce
1 – cup of cream-style cottage cheese
1 – 6 oz. package of part skim low moisture mozzarella cheese slices.
1 – lb. of ground beef
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef in large skillet till no longer pink, add marinara sauce to ground beef. Add dried oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium to low heat till heated through.
In greased 13x9 baking dish make layers in order - half no boil noodles – I usually put 3 across, half cottage cheese, half mozzarella cheese slices – I usually tear them apart, and half marinara sauce mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top and then drizzle olive oil over the top to keep moist when baking.
Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
