3/4 C. Corn Meal
1 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 C. Oil
1 can Cream Style Corn
2 Jalapeno Peppers- chopped
1 can Whole Kernel Corn- undrained
1 tsp. Garlic Salt (optional)
1 lb. Cheese- grated
4 Eggs
Onion- chopped

Mix all ingredients well and put in buttered dish. Bake at 400º until firm and brown on top.
