1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. icing sugar
3/4 c. chocolate chips, melted
2 c. crushed Nilla Wafers
1 c. crushed Arrowroot cookies
2 eggs
1/4 c. rum (preferably overproof)

hagelslag (chocolate sprinkles)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and icing sugar together. Add melted chocolate chips and stir. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Roll into balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles.

Save some for Opa!

Since all the kids are going to want to eat these too its a good idea to make another batch without the rum. Coat them in Christmas coloured sprinkles so that you know which ones are the good ones.
