2 cups cooked peas fresh or frozen( drained really well )
3 hard boiled eggs cooled and chopped (optional)
3/4 cup cubed cheddar cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup onion or green onion finely chopped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peas, cheese, onions, and mayonnaise together until all are coated and season with salt and pepper . Store in fridge until ready to serve.
