Directions:
Gather the ingredients you'll need for the size pan you are using. Put butter in pan and set into a 425º oven, then mix batter quickly while butter melts. Blend eggs on high speed for 1 minute. While motor is running, gradually pour in milk, then slowly add flour. Remove pan from oven and pour batter into the hot melted butter. Return pan to oven and bake until puffy and edges well browned (20-25 mins) depending on the pan. Dust with ground netmeg if desired and serve at once with classic powdered sugar and squeeze of fresh lemon, or fresh fruit or saute fruit of your choice and pour on the warm mixture.

Personal Notes:
I love the "classic", but the others sound good also. Make sure your pan is
oven safe (including handles) and get another into the oven so it is ready for the second round when you are. Also, it is so great looking that you will want to go straight from oven and serve at the table.
