Beef roast
1 can Coke (I use Diet Pepsi)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 onion, sliced and separate rings
Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crockpot. Pour 1/2 of cola over the entire roast. Sprinkle envelope of onion soup mix over cola, then spread cream of mushroom soup over that. Top with onion slices. Pour remaining cola over all of it. Cook on high approximately 6 to 8 hours.
