2 lbs broccoli
1/3 cup olive oil
Coarse salt and pepper

1 tsp lemon zest
2 T lemon juice
4 T pinenuts-roated at 350º
1 1/2 tsp garlic
salt
pepper
3 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toss broccoli with olive oil and salt and pepper

Blend the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan and heat on stovetop

Roast broccoli at 500º for 12 minutes turning once.

Toss with sauce
