2T shortening
1 1/2T flour
1c milk
1c cooked or canned corn
1T sugar
1t salt
1/8 pepper
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt shortening add flour mix well add milk gradually and bring to the boiling point stirring constantly add corn, sugar, salt, and pepper; heat thoroughly. Remove from fire and add well beaten eggs, pour into greased baking dish, bake in preheated oven at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until corn is firm.
