1/2 C olive oil
1/2 Med Onion, finely chopped
1 T Cajun seasonings (Tony Chachere's Creole)
6 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 t Cumin
1 t minced fresh parsley
1 t minced fresh thyme
2 lbs uncooked large shrimp
Cajun Butter:
1/2 C Butter, cubed
1 t minced fresh basil
1 t minced fresh tarragon
1/2 t Cajun seasoning
1/2 t garlic powder
3 drops hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Place the shrimp in a large resealable plastic bag; add half of the marinade. Seal the bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
In a small saucepan, combine the Cajun butter ingredients; heat until butter is melted. Keep warm. Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers. Grill, uncovered over med heat 2 to 4 min on each side. Basting once with reserved marinade. Serve with Cajun butter.
