1/2 C hoisin sauce
3 T Water
2 T oil
1 T Soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
3 C broccoli florets
2 Med yellow summer squash, cut into 3/4 inch slices
1 lg Sweet Red pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 lb beef tenderloin ,cut into 1 inch cubes
Hot cooked rice

For glaze, combine hoisin sauce, water, oil, soy sauce, garlic and pepper flakes. On four skewers, alternately thread the broccoli, squash, red pepper and beef. Brush with 1/3 of glaze. Grill, covered, over med heat for 6 to 7 min on each side or til meat reaches desired doneness and vegetables are tender. Basting and serve with rice.
