2 # Ground Chuck
2 Eggs
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
2 T. Chopped Dried Parsley
4 T. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1- 1 1/2 C. Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 - 1/2 C. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground chuck with other ingredients one at a time, add bread crumbs and enough water to make mixture moist but not mushy.
Shape into balls about 1 & 1/2 inch in diameter.
Brown in a skillet with 2 T. of Olive Oil.
Remove from skillet, add to pasta/spaghetti sauce of your choice.
Simmer over medium heat for 2 hours
