12 to 14 small red potatoes
1/4 C olive oil
1/4 C butter, melted
1 t salt
1 t garlic powder
1 t basil
1/2 t thyme
1/2 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel a strip around from each potato. Place potatoes in an ungreased 3 qt baking dish. In a bowl, combine the oil, butter and seasonings. Drizzle over potatoes. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min. Stir every 15 min.
