1 lb bulk spicy pork sausage
16 oz cream cheese cubed
4 C shredded Parmesan cheese
8 oz sour cream
4 oz chopped green chilies
4 oz diced jalapeno peppers
Assorted Fresh Vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 6 - 8 min or until no longer pink. Break into crumbles. Transfer to a slow cooker.
Stir in cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, chilies and peppers. Cook, covered on low 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until heated through.
Serve with vegetables.
