1 lb boneless chicken breast
3 tbsp Frank's hot sauce
1 pkg dry Ranch dressing
1 tbsp butter
sliced onion

Directions:
Directions:
* Slice onion into bottom of crock pot. Layer chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing and butter on top.
* Cook on low 5-6 hours. Shred chicken. Put back in crock pot and stir.
* Serve with blue cheese dressing, crumbly bleu cheese, carrots, celery, etc on rolls.
