2 1/4 tsp rapid rise yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine

Topping for bread sticks: Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Let sit 10 minutes.Stir in flour and knead 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.Let rise until doubled in greased bowl.
Grease pizza pans (will make 2x12inch)then place dough in pans and top with sauce ,toppings, and cheese. Let rise until double again.
Bake at 400º till cheese is melted and crust lightly browned.

For breadsticks : Mix and knead dough as above . Roll out into large rectangle 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
Brush cookie sheet with margarine, lift rectangle of dough, put it on cookie sheet.
Brush remaining margarine on dough. Slice into strips.Sprinkle on seasoning, parmesan, and garlic to taste. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes.
