1 Egg White
4 tsp. Water
1 tbsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. White Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
2+ tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. or less salt
4 c. Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat the egg in a bowl until frothy, whisk in water and vanilla. Stir in sugars to coat. Stir in pecans. Bake for 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes for approx. 1 hour.

This recipe comes from my friend, Lori. She made these for me for Christmas one year. They are good just by themselves or sprinkled on a salad.
