1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked chopped chicken
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 cup finely chopped onions
May add finely chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, or peppers as well ( optional)
8-10 flour tortilla shells ( 8 inch size)

Salsa and Sour cream to serve with them.

In a small bowl , combine soup, chicken, 1 cup cheese, and tomatoes, peppers or mushrooms if desired.
Fill one side of a tortilla shell with 1/4 cup of mixture, , spread evenly to within 1/2 inch of the edge.
Moisten the edges of the tortillas with water, fold over ,pressing edges to seal.
Arrange tortillas on cookie sheet(s) and Bake at 400ºF for 8 minutes or until hot , watch not to burn. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and garnish with cilantro if desired.
Enjoy with sour cream and salsa !
