1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 - 2 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 chopped onion
Italian herbs of your choice
2 tsp course grain mustard (optional)
2 tsp hot honey (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients into a Ziploc bag and give it a good massage with your hands to coat the chicken.
Marinate for as long as you can (overnight is best, but whatever time you have is ok)
Place chicken in a baking dish and pour marinade over all.
Preheat oven to 400F. Check for doneness after 40 minutes.
