3&1/3 c. sifted flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. soda
1&1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 can pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Make a well and add liquids. Beat until smooth. Pour into 2 greased bread pans (can use 3 small aluminum pans). Bake 350 degrees one hour or until done. Cool on rack. I sometime decrease the amount of sugar.
