1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
1&1/4 c. sighed cake flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in banana. Sift together dry ingredients, add to banana mixture. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9x9 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes.
