2 lb ground beef
1/2 C bread crumbs
1/2 C Milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c soy sauce
1/4 c sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. fresh ginger of 1/2 tsps ground ginger
2 1/4 c chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the meat, crumbs, milk, eggs and salt in bowl
Mix to blend.
Shape into balls about thee size of large marbles and arrange in shallow baking pans (or cookie sheets).
Put into 500 degree oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
In a pan, blend together cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and broth.
Cook, stirring until blended and thickened this always takes longer than you think it should)
Pour over meatballs in pan, refrigerate, then reheat at serving time.
Note: Serve in chafing dish over candle or in a crock pot on low
