Aloha Banana Bread Recipe

2 c. flour
1. c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 c. banana
1 T. orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix. dry ingredients together.
Add rest of ingredients except coconut and nuts
Blend until dry ingredients are moistened.
Beat at med. speed 3 minutes
Stir in coconuts and nuts
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 for 60 - 70 minutes.
