2 chickens( about 3 lbs each), cut into 8 service pieces
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 T Worcestershire sauce
3 T vegetable oil
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 T chili powder
2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce , or to taste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 small onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:

1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and marinate the chicken overnight in the refrigerator, or several hours in the cooler.(It is best overnight)

2. Allow the chicken to warm up 30 minutes to an hour before cooking.

3. Grill the chicken, turning once or twice and basting repeatedly with the marinade, until done, 15-20 minutes
