2 pkgs (10 oz. ea.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 oz. sharp American or cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain thoroughly.
Place in a shallow baking dish (10"x6"x1 1/2" or 8" round).
Stir together soup and shredded cheese on medium heat.
Gradually add milk, mayonnaise, and beaten eggs to soup mixture while stirring.
Stir until smooth, pour over the broccoli, and mix lightly.
Combine the bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over the broccoli/soup mixture.
Bake for one hour or until the crumbs ate lightly browned.
