1 lb ziti
6 tbsp butter
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 c. vodka
1 c. crushed tomatoes
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
* Heat butter in saucepan until melted. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute for 2 minutes. Stir in vodka and crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
* Stir whipping cream and salt into saucepan. Add cheese and mix well. Add pepper to taste.
* Start salted water for pasta. Add pasta and cook until al dente and rinse.
* Pour sauce over pasta in a bowl tossing to mix. Serve immediately.
