1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or cookie crumbs (works well with GF cookie crumbs)
1 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a 13x9 inch baking pan, melt butter in the oven.
Sprinkle crumbs over butter, pat well into butter.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crumbs.
Sprinkle evenly the chocolate morsels, coconut and nuts on top.
Press down firmly.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool thoroughly before cutting into bars.
Store covered at room temperature

I used to make this recipe for the kids. It is also a very nice cookie bar for giving as a gift plate to friends at Christmas. Use Gluten Free cookie crumbs to make this GF.
