1 lb U40/60 size peeled, deveined shrimp, defrosted
1C olive oil
1/4 C Ken's Balsamic Vinaigrette or good balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
1 teas basil
1/4 teas oregano
1/4 teas paprika
Salt & pepper
Hot sauce or cayenne pepper, optional

Place oven rack at highest level
Heat broiler on high.
Place oil, vinegar and garlic in microwave-safe bowl.
Heat in microwave for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes.
Remove and stir in seasonings.
Place the shrimp in a bowl and pour the mixture over them. Mix well.
Place aluminum foil on cookie sheet.
Place the coated shrimp in a single layer on the foil.
Broil for 10 minutes. Flip half way through, if desired, but not necessary.
The shrimp are ready when they are pink with some brown spots. Do not overcook.
Serve with lemon wedge, rice, and veggies.
