Soft-Boiled Eggs
1.Place a pot of water on to boil.
2.Take eggs out of fridge and bring to room temp.
3.Lower gently into medium-boiling water with a spoon.
4.Remove exactly 5 minutes later, timed on a digital timer, and place in a plastic storage container; seal and put in fridge.
5.The moisture and temp will pull the shell away from the egg perfectly.
6.Allow 30 minutes in fridge before peeling.
Hard-Boiled Eggs
Repeat the same method as above, but leave the egg in the water for exactly 13 minutes.

Put in plastic container in fridge for 30 min.
