1/2 lb. package processed cheese, diced
1/4 c. melted butter
2 to 3 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley or chives
2 eggs beaten
1&2/3 c. cracker crumbs (about 30 crackers)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the cheese, melted butter, mustard, pepper, salt, chopped parsley or chives, beaten eggs and cracker crumbs (if you like, add a little margarine). Shape like chops and saute until brown. These brown very quickly, so keep heat low.
