Mix:
1 yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
1 small vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup milk
Fold in :
1 small pkg chocolate chips
1 bar German Chocolate bar, grated (Reserve 1/4 cup for icing)
Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350º for 50 minutes

Icing:
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup German chocolate
Little milk

You can make cake without icing if made as a bundt cake
