1 small ripe mango
1 small ripe papaya
finely grated peel and juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp. chili paste
2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and pit the mango. Peel and seed the papaya
2. Finely dice the flesh of the fruit. Combine with the lime peel and juice, chili paste and mint. Season to taste!
