2 c. cracker crumbs
1 t. salt
1/2 t. chili powder
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. minced parsley
3 tbsp. minced onions
3 tbsp. minced celery
1 egg beaten
1/3 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. milk
1- 4lb fish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs with seasoning, beaten eggs, melted butter and enough milk to moisten. Rub inside cavity of fish with garlic. Stuff with mixture closing cut with skewers or string. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for about 40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with water.

Fish for baking about 3 to 5 lbs includes haddock, cod, bluefish, bass, salmon, etc.
