1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Can 28 oz. Diced Tomatoes
2 c. Water
1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 c. Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan
1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the tomatoes, water, soup mix, Italian seasoning and pepper flakes. Bring to a boil. Stir in noodles. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8-9 min. or until macaroni is tender.

Remove from the heat, stir in Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover and let stand for 2 min. until cheese has melted.
