2 C flour(all purpose) plus extra flour as necessary
2 eggs
pinch of salt
hot water(not boiling)
Loose flour for board

Make a well with the flour on floured board. Crack eggs in flour
Mix Pour in a little water and mix
Knead until firm and solid
Continue to roll on loose flour.Auntie just kept feeling and adding flour
Place dough under a glass bowl for 20 minutes
Knead dough cut dough in half
Place flour on board, dough and rolling pin.
Roll out real thin-continue to add flour on dough and rolling pin
Measure size of the box and cut dough to size
Roll out the other dough the same size
Spread filling thinly on one of the layers
Cover with other layer of dough.
Roll out with ravioli rolling pin Cut
Place foil on the bottom of the box then wax paper Dust with flour
Lay ravioli in the prepared box flour top and cover with wax paper then repeat flouring wax paper and tops of the ravioli using plenty of flour.
Refrigerate or freeze
