1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 Can Beef Broth 14 1/2 oz.
1 tbsp. Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 c. Instant Brown Rice
1 Medium Red Pepper Sliced
1 Medium Green Pepper Sliced
1 c. Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet cook beef until no longer pink.

Add tomatoes, broth, chili powder, salt , garlic powder. Bring it to a boil. Add rice and peppers. Simmer covered for 8-10 min. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Let stand covered util cheese is melted.
