2 med red bell peppers (see recipe to roast them)
1 c. Slivered almonds
1/4 t. Sea salt
1 t. Caraway seeds
1/2 t. Cumin
1/2 t. Coriander
1 small garlic grated
1/4 t. Dried chili flakes
Juice 1/2 lemon
1-2 T. Olive oil
Black pepper
Dukkah for garnish.

Roast the peppers and peel. Toast almonds until brown and fragrant, cool. Add all to food processor and pulse. Add other ingredients and blend. Top with dukkah
