Ingredients:  
6 slices bread with crust off
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in bottom of pan; grate cheese over bread. Mix eggs with salt, mustard and milk. Pour over bread and cheese. Keep in refrigerator over night. Stir before cooking. Bake 350º for 45 minutes.
