Olive oil
2 large chicken breasts sliced in half lengthwise
Salt
Pepper
Chili powder
Cumin
1/2 cup diced onion
3 medium jalapeños diced
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup chicken broth
4oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. Heat a small amount of oil in large skillet
2. Place chicken in pan and season both sides with salt, cumin, and chili powder
3. Cook chicken 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown
4. Remove chicken from pan and set aside
5. Add 1-2 teaspoons oil back in pan and heat up
6. Add diced jalapeño and onion and cook 4-5 minutes until softened
7. Add garlic and sauté for 30 more seconds
8. Add chicken broth and cream cheese and stir until melted
9. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted
10. Return chicken to pan and cover chicken with the sauce
11. Cover the pan and cook 7-9 minutes on low heat until chicken is cooked through
12. Serve chicken with extra sauce spooned on top
