2 c. milk
1 c. cream
1/3 c. cornstarch
Salt

Directions:
Take chicken out of cooled fry pan. There should be a little butter, oil, onion and juice left in pan. Pour 2 c. milk and 1 c. cream in a bowl.

Mix 1/3 c. cornstarch and enough water to make a runny paste in cup. Pour into milk and cream mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Reheat fry pan. Pour mixture in pan. Stir constantly. Serve hot when thick.
