1 cut chicken
1/4 c. onions
Grated parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
Flour
3 T. butter
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat fry pan to 350 with 1 T. butter and 1/2 c. oil. Peel as much skin off chicken as possible. Drop pieces in plastic bag filled with flour. Shake. Drop in fry pan. Sprinkle with chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Brown. Turn over. Season again. Brown about 8 minutes. Turn over one more time and turn down fry pan. Simmer 4-8 minutes.
