4 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3-1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup milk (approx. add to desired consistency)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients,then stir in oil and then milk as needed to create dough.
Roll out dough to approx. 1/2-3/4 in thick ,and then use rim of a cup to cut out round bisquits.
Place cut outs on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375º for 15 min or 18 min for whole wheat flour.
Dip them in your soup or stew or enjoy with butter or tasty jam of any variety. Works for breakfast lunch or dinner.

This recipe was given to us by some friends who often invited a bunch of us out to their country home on Sunday afternoons to enjoy good food
(homemade bisquits , smoked turkey ,and garden veggies), games, and visits with their animals which we all loved.
