Raw whole turkey cut up in bite size pieces
Coating:Flour,Paprika,Beau Monde spice ,Seasoning Salt,pepper,egg,milk
Sauce: 1 cup sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
pinch of garlic powder
1 1/2 cups of tomato juice
1/2 cup vinegar
1 19 oz can of pineapple tidbits(save juice)
Oil to deep fry

Directions:

Cut turkey up into bite size pieces and Heat oil .
In a bowl, mix together flour , paprika, beau monde and season salt and pepper.
In a saucepan, mix together sugar, corn starch, garlic powder and
Stir in tomato juice, vinegar, and juice drained from the pineapple tidbits.
bring to a boil , cook until clear and thickened. Add pineapple bits.

Dip turkey in a milk and egg mixture and then dredge in flour mixture and deep fry.
Process to make is lengthy but the labor of your efforts are worth it ! Irresistable
