1/2 oz light brown sugar
1 oz Walnut halves
2 bone in pork chops
1.2 oz butter
4 parsley sprigs

Candied walnuts
non stick over medium heat add brown sugar and 2 Tbsp water and stir to
dissolve. Add walnuts and cook, stirring constantly until water evaporated
and walnuts are shiny and sticky- 2-3 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and break
into small pieces.

Pork Chops
Use candied walnut pan and heat. Add 1 tsp olive oil and pork chops to hot
pan. Cook until well browned and reach a temperature of 145 degrees, 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and rest

in small bowl stir softened butter, candied walnuts and half the parsley until
well combined. Top chops with candied walnuts and remaining parsley.
