5 lbs potatoes ( small red)
1 stalk celery (or less)
1 onion chopped
6 hard boiled eggs (2 of these go on top)
1 lb bacon (sliced tiny horizontally)

Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tb flour with water - to thicken
Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon in tiny tiny pieces - add sugar and vinegar to bacon - add watered flour to thicken bacon and other ingredients. Add that to the potatoes and egg.
Mix together. Slice remaining 2 eggs on top of potato salad after salt and peppering to taste.
