1 lb. salmon
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 T. olive oil
1 T. honey
1 T. ketchup
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 T. fresh ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix orange juice and soy in dish. Heat olive oil, honey, ketchup, garlic, and ginger for 10 seconds in microwave. Add to orange juice mixture. Add salmon to dish and marinade for at least 25 minutes.

Grill on medium high for 15-20 minutes, flipping once.
or
Bake on 350ºF for 20-25 minutes until done.
