Crust
1½ c plain graham cracker crumbs
¼ c butter melted

Filling
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
½ c sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp vanilla
dash of salt
2 eggs

Topping
1 c sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
* Combine crust ingredients and press into buttered 8" pie pan
* Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually blend in sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt - one at a time beating well after each.
* Pour filling into crust. Bake in 325º oven 25-30 minutes or until set
* Let cool.
* Mix 3 topping ingredients and spoon over top of cooled pie and bake 10 more minutes
