Velveeta Cheese - 1 lb box
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Directions:
Slowly melt cheese in a saucepan, stirring often so it doesn't stick on the bottom. Add Rotel tomatoes & serve with Triscuits.

This dip is also very good with sausage. Brown 1 pkg, such as Jimmy Dean. Drain & add to the cheese mixture.
