4 pork chops
10 oz can mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp onion
4 cups of thinly sliced potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1. In skillet brown pork chops.
2. Blend sour cream, soup, water, onions, salt and pepper together.
3. In 2 qt casserole put potatoes and soup mixture in alternate layers
sprinkling each layer with salt and pepper.
4. Top with brown chops.
5. Cover and bake at 375º fir 1 1/4 hours.
